Read the Terms & Conditions about renting a car from our company
The driver must keep on the right of the road.
Car Seat Belt and helmet s is obligatory by law.
The vehicle must be returned to the place where it was given at the agreed time. For every one (1) hour delay the renter is charged with 15.00€/h.
The vehicle will not be operated:
- For paid transportation,
- to propel or to any vehicle transport,
- in any race, speed test or contests,
- by any person under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics,
- to carry passengers in excess of the respective seating capacity,
- in other than a paved road or public highway,
- by any less than 20 years of age or unqualified licensed driver.
The Renter agrees to take good care of the vehicle checking the oil, water, tyre pressure and all the necessary for the good maintenance of the vehicle even when it is not in use.
Our Company is not liable to the renter or the passengers for any kind of inconvenience caused through mechanical break downs or accidents.
The Renter expressly acknowledges personal liability to pay lessor on demand:
- The rental period and all expenses,
- as well as the value of the Gasoline used.
- Any fines and court costs imposed for any breach during the rental period.
Third Party Insurance: The client is obliged to pay for whatever damage may occur or the theft of the vehicle and/or the equipment including wheels and tyres. The client is also obliged to pay the rental for the days the vehicle is being repaired.
In case of an accident the client is obliged to:
- Take names, addresses and telephone numbers of the people involved in the accident, including witnesses.
- Do not abandon the vehicle until cautionary measures have been taken.
- A detailed report must be given by phone within at least three hours to the rental company
- The client is responsible in the event of the theft of the vehicle its parts or equipment.
- The police must be notified.
In case of violation of the rental conditions, the vehicle will be removed from the client and he/she will be fined 300 €.
Leaving the island is not allowed.
Money will not be returned after the vehicle has been rented.
The renter will forfeit 250€ for a lost set of keys.
The vehicle may be equipped with a tracking system for it’s own safety.
In case of difference between the contracted parties, the Greek Courts only will have jurisdiction.
